SEGA ha svelato dei nuovi dettagli riguardanti Team Sonic Racing, nuovo titolo della serie di racing game dell’istrice blu, in arrivo anche su Nintendo Switch.
Durante un livestream ufficiale, Aaron Webber di SEGA ha svelato qualche altro dettaglio sul nuovo gioco di corse del buon Sonic.
Da quanto emerso Team Sonic Racing non sarà un vero e proprio sequel di Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, ma bensì sarà notevolmente diverso, oltre ad avere delle meccaniche molto interessanti.
Per quanto riguarda i piloti saranno presenti un gran numero di personaggi dal mondo di Sonic che in qualsiasi altro racing game passato di Sumo Digital.
Webber ha anche spiegato il perchè Sonic corre all’interno di una macchina invece che utilizzare la propria velocità a piedi_
“Mettiamo le cose in chiaro sin da subito. Se Sonic non è in macchina, la corsa è finita prima che inizi. Lo sapete quanto sia veloce. È più veloce di un qualsiasi veicolo, quindi dobbiamo rendere il gioco equilibrato tra tutti i piloti. Quindi se potete, per favore, spargere la voce su questo, specialmente verso qualcuno ancora curioso sul perché Sonic sia all’interno di una macchina”
